A Biblical Approach to Mental Health Challenges

I believe anyone's mental health status can improve with therapy and certain medications. However, I believe that with a healthy dose of spiritual immersion found in songs, music, verse/sermons, prayers, scriptures, kindness (shown and received), interactive mentoring, dialogue, and laughter is life-changing! These, intentional or unintentional acts, can empower or strengthen our faith, hope, peace, feelings of God's love, self-love and love for others. These help to empower us by providing a direct path toward more hope, joy, and peace and mental health!
