Kayla Fair, DrPH, MPH, RN is a public health professional with a background in nursing, holding a Doctorate and Master’s in Public Health as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her expertise centers on health behavior change, with a focus on how organizations and communities can implement effective strategies that promote healthier lifestyles. She is particularly interested in helping communities and organizations design and implement impactful health promotion programs that create lasting change. One thing she wants others to know about improving their mental health is the importance of prioritizing sleep. When individuals consistently get quality sleep, it becomes easier to manage daily stress, regulate emotions, and make healthier choices that support overall well-being.
